Start with bare eye 

Put on black eyelid tape

 or u can apply black eyeliner on ur lid

 and draw a line

 draw a bit longer

 draw a line from middle 

and extend the line

connect the line like triangle

put on ur fav circle lens

mascara

curl

apply to ur inner corner
